Nice one!❤
Thank you for this sweet, sans sugar, video and the new 2025 Summer Meal Plan 👍❤️
Tons of great ideas here! Thank You! PS. Your little one is SO adorable! 🙂
Life must include dessert! Thank you Autumn!
Awesome ideas, and absolutely doable! Thanks Autumn!
A lot of these are so high calorie though. Like Brie and peanut butter cookies.
Yeah some people like low calorie, lower dense desserts, but a lot of these desserts are more about healthy ingredients, and eating them occasionally. I like having a very small, moderately calorie dense dessert every night, but a lot of these desserts you would probably want a sizable amount of (maybe like 300-500 calories worth), so if someone was making these treats and losing weight, they may only want to have some of these 1-2 times a week.
I’m intrigued by the peanut butter cookies, but in my weight loss phase, I’d only have one a week.
THANKS for your video!👍Much appreciated ❤❤❤
I’ve been getting Chocolite peanut butter patties, and having one (only 35 calories each!) with 4 squares of Lilys Chocolate every night. Knowing I can/do have a little sweet treat every evening is so helpful! A little bit of the Lilys chocolate goes a long way if you savor it.
For me, it makes it easier to stop eating dinner knowing I can have a yummy little treat while doing the dishes.
Thank you for this video! We are trying to cut out as much added sugar as possible and some of these ideas sound great. One of our favorites is using our Ninja Creami to make strawberry and blueberry ice cream. I cook the berries and mix with vanilla, whole milk and freeze. Perfect every time!
Yay for the whipped cream win! My birthday was Sunday, and my husband was trying to push a cake….. the thing is with all our kids and grandkids I feel like I’m constantly baking cakes and there is a celebration all the time. I didn’t want it! lol, so I made whipped cream with A1/A2 heavy cream and we had that with berries. Even he had to admit it was the best❤ ( he did offer to make my cake btw, he wasn’t going to have me do it)
