The GEM vitamin bite actually looks like a treat. Not like the normal vitamin supplement.

Me after eating 6 eggs. ‘ I’m still hungry ‘

    • @delrio4222 says:

Yea!!! Me and my husband smash on eggs too.

    • @debjoy81 says:

Same!! They never fill me up or satisfy.

    • @sethmann6397 says:

Yeah. I’ve also heard the advice to eat a big bowl of broccoli before going to a Christmas party or somewhere where there will be a lot of pig out food and you’ll be less likely to pig out. I wish it were that simple, as much as the advice is well-placed and likely works for some people.

    • @luistijerina1164 says:

Maybe it’s the way we cook them that affects it. Might work better if we make a big omelette with veggies and other protein

    • @JddB229 says:

Haha me, my husband and young kids all feel this way too. We raise laying hens and eat SOO many eggs haha she says “you’ve probably tried to eat 3 or 4 eggs and you feel really full”. My 4 year old eats 3 eggs and my 7 year old eats 4 eggs. Easily. πŸ˜… They are also super active farm kids, so maybe that has something to do with it too.

You have helped me immensely for many years as I’ve been watching *all* of your videos on YouTube. Finally got your Intermittent Fasting guide, in addition to this year’s 6 week summer program. Thanks for everything, and I look forward to all I am going to learn as I dive into all of the materials!

I just realized that I’ve never ever seen real life artichoke. not even canned one, but definitely not plant one… and I have few recipes featuring it saved…

  • @jenniferb4118 says:

    Such great reminders! Thank you!

  • @viramandybur says:

Thank you, Autumn! Would love your ideas on making sardines more palatable…πŸ˜„

  • @Leo-mr1qz says:

I use avocado oil on my green beans or asparagus with a pinch of salt. My kids & husband love them prepared this way. πŸ˜‹

  • @s.hernandez7626 says:

@AutumnBates Very surprised to see that you would endorse a product like GEM vitamin bites that, in addition to such nutrition-rich whole foods, lists among its ingredients inflammatory safflower and sunflower oil as well as cane sugar!!

  • @ApostolosKatsioulas says:

When you mentioned artichokes, you reminded me of my mother; prepping fresh artichokes is rocket-science to me to tell you the truth, nevertheless they are tasty and extremely healthy. I’d rather buy frozen. P.S. I miss you mom.

  • @Rigbycat123 says:

Impressive segue haha straight from artichokes to the Wellness Gems. Colour me impressed πŸ˜†πŸ’–

  • @MrsHusasLessons says:

I just love how realistic you are! I always see nutritionnists talk about what should be eaten etc. you’re the only one that actually acknowledges the addiction behind it all!

I was curious if you ever read, and if you’d want to review the book “The plant paradox”. I just read it and I have to admit it really confused/scared me and I would like to see some knowledgeable people talk about it’s content.

  • @Martin_Romanowski says:

4 eggs with cottage cheese literally fills you most of the day & it’s delicious

I usually do egg wraps with Keto wraps

    • @mahjimoh says:

I wasn’t eating breakfast for a while but have started again to make it easier to get all my protein in. My new favorite breakfast is 3 eggs fried in butter, and a bowl with a serving of cottage cheese and about an ounce of frozen blueberries. About 30 grams of protein and so delicious! Something about the golden egg yolks and then the sweetness of the blueberries just makes me so happy and satisfied.

  • @Martin_Romanowski says:

Salmon with bit Parmesan cheese is good

  • @y.mma09 says:
