If you are still confused after watching this video, then maybe there’s too much fluoride in your diet.
Joking aside, the general summary of the video is that fluoride applied topically to teeth via toothpaste helps prevent cavities, but fluoride in drinking water is a bad idea, especially for the brain.
Fluoride is a neuro toxin. Only good in toothpaste. Not consumption.

Hot button topic for sure. SO thankful my town doesn’t put fluoride in the water. But I can choose to use flouridated toothpaste if I like.
