I use resistance bands currently to work out and I’m absolutely going to try the cable lat raises!
Use a barbell or dumbells instead of the plates for the last exercise(which also might be excessive imo). The plates only limit strength output with no additional benefits.( Unless you really enjoy them of course:)
Thanks for the tips! I do enjoy the plate press because it hits more chest versus a barbell press that hits more shoulders
