    Cold water is good for inflammation because it’s constricts and slows down the inflammation process process,that is bad because your muscles need nutrients foe the healing process, 15 minutes in a sauna @ 115f or 27cel..will increase growth hormones x2 with faster recovery

    I consistently take a cold shower for five minutes immediately after waking up followed by a 10 km run wearing shorts and a tank top.I noticed that taking a cold shower afterward is more challenging than doing it waking up.
