I started eating cottage cheese and pineapple every day. Constipation problem solved. Prebiotic and probiotics in a bowl. Plus the magnesium helps. Magnesium deficiency = constipation. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Iโ€™ve been doing intermittent fasting 16/8 for almost 2 years and the last 2 months Iโ€™ve had better luck finding whole milk cottage cheese and yogurt. Friday I woke up with a throbbing big toe which turned out to be gout. I really donโ€™t fit the profile of a person who gets gout that includes eating a lot of red meat, shellfish, food or drink with high fructose content, drinking alcohol, little exercise not drinking enough water and such. Iโ€™m about 5 lbs overweight, no high blood pressure and it does not run in my family. The only part of the profile I fit is the higher fat cottage cheese and yogurt. I was fortunate to get in to see a podiatrist yesterday and am now on a Medrol pak. Has anyone else out there had this problem?
