  • @Otterwaffle says:

    • @coytle8860 says:

They show up in every nut mix I buy but thankfully not in super high quantities. They are safe, just eat a few here and there

  • @taylorthompson7438 says:

    Please stop speeding these up

  • @tallulahraccoon3832 says:

I once ate a whole bag (200g = 1.4 cups) of them in one sitting bc I did not know that you are not supposed to eat so much of them in one go….The stomach pain and diarrhea were almost as intense as when I had salmonea poisening…

They are called “ParanΓΌsse” where I come from. They are not nuts but seeds.

Please be informed about what you put in your body. I look everything up on Google since then bc I am not able to endure such pain again in my life. πŸ˜…

    • @leonore3349 says:

      Feast days?

    • @TransformInProgress says:

@@leonore3349I Fast MWF. β€˜Feast days’ are T,Th, S, Sunday. This has worked for me to lose 1/2 my highest weight of 270lbs (5’3”) in 18 months at age 62. I eat keto/low carb. ❀❀❀

  • @mogwai_ says:

I frickin love Brazil nuts. The TV show house made me cautious of consuming them haha so luckily I try to only have a few at a time and rarely, but yeah I could crush a whole bag of those. Sucks that you can’t eat too many

  • @AngelaWildman-ep6qu says:

I don’t even eat them anymore because of this!

  • @Sammyklynn1234 says:

This is why I also you should be cautious when exploring a vegan raw diet. I can’t remember which cookbook it was, but I was floored with some of the recipes that were suggesting a cup or more of blended Brazil nuts to make some kind of dessert. There was no mention in there about a warning.

I eat, maybe two a day but not every day for lymphatic function. That’s it though.

  • @yaseerkhan5099 says:

They sell chocolate covered Brazil nuts at my workplace! So dangerous!

  • @kpopwho2525 says:

I ate 1 whole bag one time….thankfully nothing happened…i didnt know they were dangerous

  • @vincentstark7093 says:

    Title is wild

  • @fp_m13 says:

Tell that to Amazonian people haha they sell so many recipes with it. Maybe Brazilian people developed some resistance.

  • @michellefreedman9265 says:

I try to remember to eat 2 a day for the selenium.

  • @shenandoah1322 says:

I don’t buy them often, but I LOVE Brazil nuts!

  • @GirlVersusWild says:

I ate a large bag of them when I was 12 and didn’t notice any adverse reaction apart from an aversion to Brazil nuts for 5-7 years or so afterwards! I later found out that you’re only meant to eat one or two pet sitting! I did buy a bag today to try to help with serotonin production for mental health and was just thinking about this! What a coincidence you put this video out!!

  • @jadegeko says:

I learned this from Dr House πŸ™‚

  • @laura1000 says:

I’m allergic to most kinds of nuts so, yeah, they can kill me.

  • @margaritapeeva9181 says:

I’ve come across information that flaxseeds can be deadly when crushed, but people make them into powder and eat/drink them. Can we check quantities and factuality there as well?
