Get about 20 workouts per month this year and 1187 workouts last 3 yrs since stroke. Still some limited movements but cause old unable increase weight of workouts. Keep needing drop back down. Need warm weather. Keep posting. I follow your advice
I got lucky, and decided to take up running when I was in my late 20’s. Siim is right, I got hooked, and although there’s been some ups and downs, building that baseline fitness when young was the best decision ever. Exercise became a natural part of life and decades later I’m doing great. It’s definitely a “main pillar” of a good life.
