I’m actually proud of my self and how I’m doing, both on pace and feelings. me and my husband recently registered for a half marathon for September, and I’m really excited for it! it’s gonna be a big step and checked goal for the year.

My goal is to keep the weight off that I lost. I have hypothyroidism, and it can be tricky to not fluctuate.

My goal is consistency, eating clean, more protein and getting in 10k steps! Your channel has given me so much inspiration. I’m 53 and finally feel locked in after years of starving and trying diets. This is living and eating healthy food and it feels like self love. ❤Thank you for all you do!

My husband is currently in the hospital so my goal for this week is just to prep ingredients so I can make healthy meals easily, quickly and have it be low stress. I meal planned easy, healthy meals and I’m about to go grocery shopping so I when what I need on hand. This morning I prepped a few servings of chia pudding and some ground turkey for burrito bowls. Would love your recipe book for more ideas! 🩷

Thank you for another great video! The spaghetti squash dinner looked so yummy! My husband has been noticing changes ever since I really locked in with the Move app and nutrition- taking the approach you and Ryan shared in your podcast – he’s asked to join me on this journey 🙌🏼🥰 We are feeling stronger mentally and both have more energy! We now both workout and are eating healthy!! Goal is to try to incorporate a new dinner recipe a few times this month- so far we’ve been keeping it pretty routine (which is great-take out mental fatigue of what to make) but I’d like to keep it fresh with a few “newbies” added in ❤

I’m 75 years old and my fitness goal , is to go to the gym three times a week, eat healthier food and get more steps in.

  • @MJI913 says:

My goal is to meet my protein everyday 🙂

  • @JenniferCarmical says:

My fitness goal this year is to understand what foods are not settling well with me…and what supplements are actually working and am seeing results with. I have your miss congeniality with my coffee every morning and it’s a must have in my routine. However, I have been vegan for 30 years and I am trying to add chicken into my diet and find more animal
Protein. I have been eating more jerky which I don’t mind the taste and it’s filling me up. I am a mom of teens and it’s challenging to feed teenagers what they need and want yet find meals for myself at this age in life.

  • @ErikaRodriguez-tl9rh says:

I’m working on making weekly meal prep a consistent habit so I can stay on track with my health and budget without last-minute stress.
