It’s like you read my mind Schellea! I have most of your videos on a Playlist and I mix it up but having this one along with the 60 minute one you did(also mind read! ) makes it easier, one and done. These workouts you put together are great! 45 minutes is a perfect amount of time generally for me. Would love to see one like this with a 10 min HIIT and then some arms not necessarily with weights, weighted legs and of course abs (love the 10 minute muffin top ones you have).
