    I’m loving these workouts! I always focused on cardio and never gave building muscle a thought tell I noticed I wasn’t lifting or getting up off the floor as easily. Now I’m more focused on building muscle and getting stronger. You make this challenging but not to the point I can’t move for a week like other programs. Id love a workout app for my TV , I’d pay for that. ❀
