    Oh, been there! Wish I had been as knowledgeable as you back when I had my babies. I found the mini bagels with cheese on top grilled to be really soothing. At that time, Costco sold them. Second time is harder because you’re still chasing the first toddler around. Hope you get lots of rest and TLC. Love from up here in Washington.💗

    Try nutritional yeast 3T a day for nausea with pregnancy. It could be B vitamin deficiency.
