This was a great test. I’m 55. I managed to do everything very well but it wasn’t super easy. I think the thing that was the most challenging was actually bending forward the first one with your arms out. Thanks as always. I enjoy these videos and don’t get to them as much as I should. I must say it was a bit sad not seeing buddy.

I’m amazed at how much better my balance has become since doing your videos. I did this one today and I did really well. The hardest for me was the squat calf raise. Did ok but it needs work. I just turned 67 on April 27th and I am very aware of how easy it is to fall. But thanks to you Schellea I am becoming a balance star!☺️ I added this one to your 5000 step workout today.
