Just what i need right now for hip pain, I’m having regular remedial massage, it’s all muscle related and I need to be working on strengthing my core muscles, so I’m hoping by doing your exercises regularly this will improve things, my trouble Shelly is consistently!
Chiropractic really helps the hips. It stopped me from being wheelchair bound. You have to find a good Chiropractor though
