    OMAD requires preparation, I’ve been using it due to hectic schedule. When it comes to caffeine, I start with water then I’d have black tea and coffee later but not after 2 pm. As for electrolytes, they are crucial not only for hydration but for digestion. The most important hack is to listen to Autumn, as for whether you wish to be keto or not that’s up to your insulin spikes. Thanks :D.

    You are the one that got me started on low carb two years ago. I just needed to maintain weight. I did not need to lose weight however, last October my doctor lowered my thyroid medication (I have no thyroid) and my weight went up. I have been struggling ever since to lose the weight that I gained. Any advice. I am 65 years old and I’ve never been heavy.

    Hey Autumn hoping to get ur advice I make my own almond milk and love pairing it with matcha. I add 2 dates and 1tsp of maple syrup and some salt to my almond milk and when I make my match drink I dnt add anything extra will this raise my insulin or break my fast? Can this cause me to gain weight? I’m trying to lose 10lbs
