    Nice one, Autumn!❤

  • @k.chrisrachalphdmpabn7713 says:

Thanks Autumn for the video. Question about calculating target daily protein consumption using a plant based diet. For someone with one kidney, I am conscious about consuming too much protein. Would you recommend a different calculation for estimating my daily protein needs in this situation?

    • @AutumnBates says:

This would highly depend on your doctor’s recommendation, as there are different calculations for varying degrees of kidney health. I would check in with your doctor who is familiar with your health history first.

  • @suzannecarrier287 says:

Great video! Are the proteins that come from chia seeds and hemp seeds “complete” proteins? Can I count those too? I love your smoorhie recipes.😊

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

Thanks for the important information on protein and connecting the dots towards losing fat and not muscle. Nice to see your Autumn Bates Store. Have a great day Autumn. 💪❤️🇨🇦

Is Purely Elizabeth Keto granola not something I should eat?

  • @jillf24 says:

I would like to see a list of the Ingredients for your protein powder. I searched your blog, shop and info and NO where is it listed. You “talk” about the ingredients but do not show the actual ingredients that is required , by law, to be printed on the product. I have Celiac, and I do NOT purchase anything without reading the ACTUAL legal ingredient list on the back of a product. Telling me it’s “Grain Free” is useless to a Celiac person! Please tell me where I can SEE this description because it is NOT on your blog or in the pictures of your products. Thank you.

On the package, Ingredients: whey protein isolate, natural vanilla flavors with other natural flavors, guar gum, monk fruit extract. Contain milk (in bold print.)

    • @DavidHRolex says:

Why the hostile tone and all the CAPS? You’re acting like she just slashed your tires or something geez

    • @thelvey1 says:

I am celiac too and need to see this info before I can purchase (which I want to do–hoping to try the chocolate one).

  • @aflac249 says:

    I eat 150 to 180 grams a protien a day

  • @lisaterzulli5734 says:

Hi, How many carbs and protein are in the waffles that you make

  • @Ccsford82 says:

Great info! I’ve been finding it hard to eat enough protein while staying in a calorie deficit.

  • @skillsmany2235 says:

🌞 Great info! I need to plan my protein intake to ensure I get enough each day! Thanks Autumn!
    Cheers! ☕️⚘️🕊❤️✨️

  • @arlensmayer476 says:

Are protein shakes any good? I buy “Pure Protein” brand with 30g of protein (1g fat, 5g carbs, 4g fiber & 140 calories)

  • @lorireese3082 says:

Love your protein powder and smoothies!!! Your smoothie have changed my daily intake and opened my mind to ingredients going into smoothies. Just got your vanilla protein and I can’t believe how yummy it is and I just ordered the chocolate bc I can’t wait to try the hot choc recipe with homemade whipped cream 😃 when you put flax seeds in your smoothies, do you use whole or milled? I have milled and what would be the difference if I used whole?

  • @calihenderson1646 says:

I look forward to your videos every week, you have taught me SO much! I definitely notice when I eat enough protein, I feel so much more energized and full. ❤️
