I had to switch to decaf. I allow myself 2 cups of regular coffee a day and try to time them when I need them most. I almost completely cut out energy drinks and save them for emergencies like keeping me awake on a long drive.
Autumn! I loved hearing you mention the carnivore diet! 😃 Having a nutritionist’s perspective of a day of eating optimal nutrition on the carnivore diet would be immensely helpful! Especially all the micro nutrients. Would you consider doing a video of this nature?

I keep my phone on do not disturb and love it. You can add specific contacts (kids, parents, spouses) to your favorites and that allows only those calls or text messages to go through. So when you do get a notification, you know it’s from a VIP in your life.
Great tip. My notifications are all off, always — and I have my phone on silent 95% of the time. Works for me! (I realize others might have to allow some people to reach them at all times.)
I ordered the LMNT and I really like it for a couple of reasons first, it’s not overly sweet, second, it melts completely in the water. I was using another brand before I tried LMNT but the biggest problems were that the other brand was grossly sweet and it did NOT melt very well in the water and worst of all, the crystals would STICK to the ice cubes, it was horrible!! LMNT does NOT stick to the ice cubes!
LMNT does not provide anywhere close to the amounts of RDA Potassium or magnesium, you’re better off eating an avocado, or better yet ‘NoSalt’(which is potassium).
