Thanks Autumn. I’ve saved many of your videos as references for my weight loss project because they’re so helpful. The one issue I have is that you recommend eating a lot of beef, whole fat dairy and other foods high in saturated fat. I have family history of heart disease and am on statins. Most of what I’ve researched indicates that foods high in saturated fats are directly linked to heart disease. As an experienced nutritionist, what’s your view on this?

  • @BrodyYYC says:

Coconut butter is delicious! There is a wellness store near me that stone grinds it for 7 days.

Awesome video. I work with 3 woman who are on Ozempic and they eat like crap. Sure they lost weight, but when they eat, its all junk, processed food. Watching your videos has opened my eyes to alot better, healthier food choices. Thank you .❤

Amazing video! Thank you so much Autumn. Your consistency in posting your videos and creating your programs with solid information and delish recipes is a life saver for me. Thanks for the shout out during the LIVE yesterday. I am doing really good these days as I have detoxed from sugar and the vibes feel like 2022-2023. ❤️❤️❤️
