Hi Katie. Thank you so much for this. Quick question…I’m very confused about the idea of doing 10,000 steps a day. Is this something you do on top of your cardio? It seems like most health coaches push for 10,000 steps a day on top of everything else. I’m so confused. Please help!

Nope. Stress is part of everyday life and can’t be removed completely. Not to mention the cortisol study is based on an old study and it actually showed a very small impact on weight issues. I stopped listening after this bit. You need to make sure you have up to date info before you post

Hi Katie! I would say 🥑 (nutrition). I eat pretty healthy but sometimes it’s hard to stay away from processed foods or sweets. Thanks for this video and your encouragement. 💕🙏🙂

Cutting carbs has been key to my weight loss but I’m post menopausal. I would love for you to research whether or not your diet will still work for women of my age as well. I miss rice and sweet potatoes 😢
🥑 Hi Katie! Thanks for sharing your insights! Protein is so important and so many of my clients skip it too! I am right with you on that I will be going to my grave harping at people to eat protein LOL. Nutrition for me is on par except for chocolate- it seems impossible to eat less of it or even only eat it around that time of the month. That is my biggest struggle. Thanks for all the videos you make!
