Cool channel. Finally a nutrition channel that isn’t super annoying and over the top. Actual information is refreshing.

I used to buy rotisserie chickens, for convenience, until I learned what they inject into them ☠️ SUGAR and GUMS like carrageenan and FLAVOURINGS?! And that’s just ON TOP of; who knows how much SALT in the brine that’s also injected. Buy your chickens from a local smaller farm or Hutterite community, and roast it on Sunday for the upcoming week. They are free from antibiotics (although all or meats and dairy are here in Canada) and they are pasture raised and are way bigger than the mass produced chickens that are in the stores.

You poor dear! Always appreciate you doing this for us, in spite of you not feeling 💯%.

Just tried my first container of Siggi’s whole milk Skyr, and OMG, it is OUTSTANDING! It’s so delicious and filling, unlike the other Greek yogurt from my grocery store which ONLY comes in low fat. Thanks for another great video, Autumn! Please keep them coming. 🥰

I love making a Salmon Loaf with canned salmon. So tasty! And you can put veggies in it too. Also Boarshead is a good option for deli meat. It doesn’t have all the crap that other lunchmeats have in it. And Sprouts also has it’s own line of deli meat that is also free of crap. I HIGHLY recommend reading the ingredient labels on EVERYTHING! Stay away from anything with any kind of ‘gum’ and ingredients that you cannot pronounce. Look for meats that are free-range and pasture raised to avoid the crap that commercial animals are fed. The meat from those animals is NOT good for your body.

I love me some cottage cheese. I have trouble swallowing meats so i eat alot of cottage cheese and yogurt

  • @strwbryblondi07 says:

    Great ideas!
Do you have (or would you make) a video with some “beginner friendly” recipes with anchovies and sardines? These seem like good options but are a little weird for me!

  • @deborahmackenzie1935 says:

I tried your lemon/ ginger hot drink and it is DIVINE 😊! Lovely to wake up to x

  • @pats9055 says:

    Great video! Thank you!

  • @wmendive310 says:

Autumn, may I ask if the flavored LMNT packets will break a fast?
Like you, I don’t enjoy just drinking “salty” water. The flavors would make it better to drink, but I’m very hesitant to use it while fasting

  • @Marta_is_here says:

I prefer Skyr yogurt for the taste and texture, been eating it for years!

  • @TheBethCates says:

    Feel better soon, Autumn!

  • @beckyengland7164 says:

Canned chicken is bomb for making quick enchiladas or quesadillas!

  • @lgreen32 says:

  • @35ATeacher says:

Egg wraps are my new favorite protein!

  • @EE-hi4re says:

1:30 I wish Costco had a healthier Rotisserie option.
2:24 Love your vanilla protein powder btw
5:00 Frozen chicken works in a pinch as well.
7:37 I’d rather just boil 🥚 in advance.
9:00 I get turkey cold cuts from Costco or Trader Joe’s
