    Yes, but it is extremely difficult to find the right ones . There are many many different magnesium,on the market. So I guess it needs to be a specific one . Vitamins are not equal vitamins unfortunately. They don’t want us to have the right ones for obvious reasons.

      The Magnesium Miracle book by Dr. Dean is a great resource. I take a handmade blend of bisglycinate, malate, citrate, with added benfotiamine. Do not take mag oxide, for sure.

    I stopped taking all vitamins and all pharmaceuticals in 2020. Went vegan , I drink protein powder shakes with superfoods everyday. I haven’t had a cold, no covid. Exercise daily, 60 years old next year. Perfect health❤️also adding spinach to your smoothie ever day is excellent for your skin🤗no need to spray iodine on your face

    I started black seed oil after a diagnosis of diabetes as it has proven benefits to reduce blood glucose levels – as well as high blood pressure (and others). I took it at night before sleep and was surprised that it deepened my sleep. I also took additional when I started a chesty cough last week that felt like it was going on to bronchitis – it halted my persistent cough within an hour and didn’t worsen after that. It’s a magical substance.
