Omg I’m making this today
Can you add just the brownie recipe? The one you linked is the cookie + brownie.
You are on to something here.. omg!!! You are brilliant momma❤️ keep it coming!! ☺️
Yeeeesss girl!!!! Thank you!!!
@jesusiscomingsoon please let us know if it’s eggy at all!! Plzzzz
It’s the foamy eggs that make the crust like that. When I used to make regular brownies I would froth the eggs and it made a sort of crispy flaky crust. This looks like a super good recipe!
These look awesome! And just in time for the holidays. Yay.. I don’t have to be deprived of desert after the Thanksgiving meal. Thank you for this easy recipe.

I was pretty skeptical but always looking for an easy brownie recipe so I went for it. Wow, too easy and too good. I did what one of the other comments said, a little vanilla and crushed walnuts. Came out great and it took my oven about 35 min. Thanks Mayra!
She said 15 minutes. Yours took 35?
@Patty
Mayra said 15 minutes,
but in the description box
is 35 minutes.
@Patty I very well could be wrong, but I think it’s 15 minutes for convection ovens and 35 minutes for traditional ovens.
Wer they eggy
TheDay HeMade she has another brownie recipe with no egg OMG ITS FUCKING AWESOME!!! The one microwave one. It starts off tasting like chocolate cream of wheat then it turns chewy like a brownie. Perfect for the am coffee
Just want to say how very thankful I am that I found you by chance on here!! My daughter is type1 diabetic and I am overweight and have cut my carbs almost completely out!! I feel like you’re heaven sent right to me in our time of need!! Thanks so much for sharing!!
I kinda feel like we all are in this struggle together and can be a supportive to each other.
Me too!
I have an inflammatory arthritis (psoriatic) and it affects my whole body. My rheumatologist told me to try low-carb/gluten-free. Keto recipes have really helped reduce my inflammation!
Just baked some! Hope they taste as good as it looks!
Ditto ❤
Made these today. Yum! Not too sweet, which I like. I did add some vanilla and a pinch of salt and sprinkled swerve confectioners sugar on top, after it cooled.
Also mine took 30 minutes. Even better tonight after fully cooling.
Simple changes to make good even better; decrease to 5 eggs instead of 6, melt 6T (3/4 stick) butter when you melt the choc chips, add 1 tsp good instant coffee, 1 tsp of vanilla and a dash of salt. I also added 1/4c chopped pecans. Really chewy delicious and keto with Lily’s chips, I used a mix of milk and dark choc totaling 11 oz. Oh and baking time: 45 minutes at 350.
I’m going to make yours
Your recipe seems right. I just did not get right about the sweetner to be added. Won’t it be bitter in taste without it?
Hey Judy I believe the sweetener is the chips themselves
@Camille Green Thank you very much. I did not know it.
I’m sure it’s delicious but it’s a totally different recipe!
Definitely making this. I started my weight loss journey last week and I always have a sweet tooth. Thank you ❣️
This is so good! I paired it with keto cream cheese fluff. Yum for Thanksgiving!
What is cream cheese fluff?
Made this with Lily’s peppermint chips, very delicious! I sifted Swerve confectioners sugar on top before eating. Thank you so much for such an easy but delicious treat❤️
I love that this is only 2 ingredients and looks wonderful!!! Thank you!!
Girl yesss!!! A dessert that won’t affect my blood sugar as much. Thank you. These are amazing!
I was worried because my batter looked quite lumpy compared to yours but it still turned out great! Very happy with it, thanks!
I love your videos and your personality! Thanks for all your hard work to make it easy for us!
I just love you! I swear, you will definitely make me want to stay on my diet and finally lose this crazy weight! Thank you!
I made these for my family and they came out beautiful I used a smaller dish to bake them so they came out nice and thick like a cake brownie but the taste I was amazed we can only find semi-sweet chocolate at the grocery store but they were not too sweet at all they were the perfect sweetness just from the semi sweet chocolate well done a round of applause for these brownies ❤️
I already made these about two times and they’re Amazing ❤❤❤ can’t wait to get back home and make them again. Keep the recipes coming ❤❤❤❤
😅😂 you made them about 2 times lol so you made him once and you thought about it the second time correct
I am 65 years old and was just diagnosed with Diabetes 2. I have been pretty healthy but because of age my sugar levels were climbing. I am so thankful to find you on YouTube. I can’t wait to try your recipes. They look amazing! You are definitely going to help me with my health journey.
Nancy De Astis,
Your sugar levels were climbing because of age? That’s very strange!
Don’t make these brownies then. She says 44 calories each brownie but I did the calculations and it was 168 calories per brownie. She’s lying.
@Sarah Lawveractually?
I’ve calculated a recipe she gave that I made and the cwrb count was totally off also
You can also use pumpkin puree with chocolate and it makes a really good fudgy brownie
Before I experiment, are you adding pumpkin to this recipe or omitting anything? Cheers
Ingredients
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp. baking soda
2 large eggs
⅓ cup maple syrup
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
⅓ cup almond butter
Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 min
*So simple to make, and they taste surprisingly delicious. I can indulge in chocolatey goodness without worrying about carbs. Thank you for sharing this fantastic recipe!*
