    If you can get your hands on fresh sardines or mackerel go for it. Grilled and served with olive oil, oregano and lemon juice is tasty. Furthermore, with sardines and mackerel you have no fear of mercury poisoning compared to tuna and salmon. I assume wild caught salmon or tuna aren’t the cheapest stuff to buy.
