Thanks for the ideas, I made the first one but because it is very hard to get clean unsweetened Almond Milk here in Aus ( all has additives of some kind!) I just used all the ingredients with 3/4 cup water and it was yum! Ok not prob as creamy as yours but def good and very low carb!
I love coffee smoothies. 1/4 cup of water , 1/4 cup of instant coffee. Vanilla or chocolate Shake with 30 gram protein and 4 carbs. ( I use Walmart brand.). Itβs already liquid or you can make your own . No carb coffee syrup ( anything you like) no carb whipped cream (in can or make yourself) low carb chocolate syrup. I just put just alittle. Ice to make it cold. This is really good and low carb. I also have it sometimes at night for a dessert but I use decaf coffee.
This isnβt a smoothly but a great dessert. Greek vanilla yogurt or low and fit strawberry cream cheese yogurt ( has a few more carbs) / strawberry cream cheese and any type of frozen berries ( I freeze my own fresh berries) with keto whipped cream ( you can make it yourself or by it) This is such a good dessert for the summer.

May I ask if a person eats a lot of protein, why use protein powder? I am new to a lot of this
Honestly, itβs best to get your protein from animal products. Meat! But a really clean protein powder isnβt bad now and then.
