Oooh I love the taste of acv water, but I had to stop drinking it because I did feel like it was making my teeth sensitive. I recently purchased some glass straws to try it again, hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

  • @charmainehopkins2838 says:

Believe it! It works helps! Thank you!!❤

  • @karolinaspangenberg9425 says:

I hate it and I love it! ACV helped me so much with my digestion issues. I used make fun of my mom who was drinking it a few years ago, now im fully converted 🙃

  • @suzannecarrier287 says:

Every afternoon I make a tall glass of ice water with 1/4 lemon squeezed in, one T of ACV, and 1/2 pack of LMNT for nice flavor.

  • @dolph9913 says:

LMNT Has trash ingredients. Not Cory Approved.

  • @Smango3451-vw4lp says:

What about if you suffer from GERD. I figure after the vinegar hits the water it becomes alkaline and should be okay? Your thoughts?

  • @cuquibaumceramics says:

Mix oil of oregano in the last tea you made, it’s also awesome when your feeling like your getting a cold, it’s will kick it out and you’ll feel better! Love it

  • @kristin122 says:

I tried taking ACV as a shot then chase it with water. I didn’t have time to drink much water because my stomach was almost immediately torn up! It hurt so bad.

Now, I make sure to mix it like Autumn. No more problems taking it.

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

Definitely works for acid reflux. Thanks to your ACV Sipper my spouse got off pentaloc/acid blocker pills. Started with a teaspoon in half a glass of water, then tablespoon then eyeballing it. A miracle! Thanks Autumn 👍❤️🇨🇦

  • @mikemclenison8200 says:

Great info! With ACV I use some organic lemon juice (Volcano brand from Costco) and a pinch of “Carolina Reaper” which looks like cayenne but is 10 times hotter! My acid reflux has also disappeared!

  • @albacristancho3104 says:

I do use it for acid reflux relief… It really works for me to keep the sphincter closed. Specially when I have eaten too close to bedtime

  • @gretchenbehr66 says:

Grapefruit is my favorite too!! I like the fizzy pre-mixed cans.

  • @raymondfrenette229 says:

Yes, ACV stopped my acid reflux and I stopped taking the medication I was on. It has been 2 years since I started drinking the ACV and water at night. One trick to take the bite out of drinking the ACV is to add ice to make it colder.

    • @TOSStarTrek says:

ACV alone can help older people. Your stomach acid gets weaker as you age and your food is broken down in your stomach. It will be safe diluted with something. Your food may not be breaking down fast enough. It can take 24 hours to have a stomach empty all the food you ate. Drinking some 30 min before you eat could be a good idea In my opinion.

    • @ryanlewandowsky2077 says:

I had the same experience as you. Sometime in my late 40’s I started getting terrible acid reflux that wasn’t caused by certain foods and was only controlled by proton pump inhibitors. Whenever I was not taking them the reflux returned until one day in desperation I used acv. I now almost never have any symptoms!

  • @jenythruberte535 says:

    Does LMNT break fasts?!

  • @pats9055 says:

Thank you. I’ve been looking for this!

  • @Shelleyb4028 says:

I mix my ACV into a glass of soda water or a canned soda drink (Bubly), tastes so great with the bubbles over straight water!!

  • @christinakay4243 says:

IMPORTANT TIP: ACV or any vinegar can be harsh on teeth enamel or damage it over a long period of time, especially if using it everyday. Recommend getting a good quality stainless steel straw to sip your ACV water mix, and then clean the straw right after & dry it well for the next time. The liquid comes into contact less with the teeth.

  • @kristirichards2249 says:

Ive been drinking it before bed for reflux for at least 10 years.
