Certain foods and beverages can spike estrogen levels in men making it much easier to gain fat and develop feminine traits while losing muscle and drive. One of the most harmful out there is alcohol because it disrupts your liver and something known as the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis decreasing your body's ability to regulate testosterone and metabolize estrogen effectively. So make sure you're drinking less than an average of either 2 shots of liquor, 2 glasses of wine, or 2 cans of beer per day. Next, limit your intake of omega 6 while increasing your intake of omega 3's. Historically our diets were full of omega-3 fatty acids from foods like wild-caught fish, seeds, and leafy greens, but modern diets are way too high in omega-6 fatty acids mostly from processed foods using corn, cottonseed, and soybean oil. Too much omega-6, without enough omega-3, from sources like fatty fish can disrupt hormone balance. Lastly, limit the consumption of sugar because its extremely calorically dense making it easy to overeat and store fat. Those fat cells will then convert more and more testosterone into estrogen through a process known as aromatization.

  • @Tsukasa5321 says:

All men have estrogen and all women have testosterone and both are needed to build muscle and have a healthy life. Estrogen isn’t a boogey man just because it’s associated with women.

    • @TomislavAntic-bt1cz says:

Well a Man should have more Testosterone than Estrogen

    • @tysonblake515 says:

When estrogen and testosterone ratios are out of sync, problems occur. The foods here raise estrogen while lowering testosterone. Estrogen isn’t a boogey man, but bad t/e ratios are.

Nowadays a 20 y old has a T of a 60 years old from 100 years ago . At least we have to limit the convertion of T in estrogen and balance O6/O3

    • @cash-ov4rm says:

Low T = you depressed and fat

  • @jishubomei7390 says:

Omega-6 is the hardest to avoid.

    • @aceofdevs8887 says:

Definitely, but it also has the biggest impact on your body. Fibrous vegetables are important for getting enough fiber and complex carbs in your diet, as well as providing necessary micronutrients. Omega 6s are in many modern oils (canola, corn, cottonseed, soybean, etc.) and if you don’t decrease them, at least increase Omega 3s to evade and be rid of fatigue.

      Being vegan makes it wasy

    • @aceofdevs8887 says:

Perhaps. However, many omega 3s are fish related.

    • @thebeef1278 says:

Complex carbohydrates do the same thing all carbs do, turn to glucose and spike insulin, causing damage to the telomeres in DNA and ultimately aging people prematurely.

Avoid sugar, and carbs are sugar

    • @davidfrey08 says:

Everything is poison. There’s arsenic in apples and even drinking water can kill you. The question becomes how much is a lethal or harmful dose vs safe dose and if there’s a safe dose. Is it possible to consume a safe dose of alcohol? Yes.

    • @chikitabunita396 says:

These are factors which are more likely to be included in our daily lives.
If you have man boobs you eat a lot of food whilst moving less causing the fat to accumulate more in a certain area of your body which is different for each individual. If not this ask your doctor or sum

Red Wine is often reported to have health benefits (with moderate consumption) due to its Resveratrol content. That said, Resveratrol is actually a phytoestrogen & individuals who naturally produce no estrogen, the phytoestrogens in alcoholic beverages like red wine could induce estrogen like effects.
