    Good ideas! I use Isopure zero carb vanilla protein powder with 25 grams protein. To make a super creamy shake I use at cup & half of ice a cup sf almond milk dash of salt 1-2 T sweetener of choice 1 scoop of protein powder and 1T heavy whipping cream. I add 2 squirts of Walmart drink enhancer orange blast flavor to make a dreamsicle shake. For a coffee flavor I add 1teaspoon espresso powder to that basic mix. They have strawberry and chocolate too.
