    1. Sleep for 7-8 hours every night.
    2. Aim to eat about 20-30 g of protein per meal.
    3. Walk instead of running (for about 8000-10,000 steps a day).
    4. Stop snacking in between meals.

    Another great video mentioning sleep today for belly fat! I really needed this video, thank you! From January 2019 to September 2020, I lost 42 pounds. But last month to now, I noticed that my weight is the same, I have hit a plateau, even with IF, very low carb, and exercise. And my belly fat refuses to leave my body, it is holding on for dear life, so hopefully more quality sleep will finally be something that helps me get rid of stubborn belly fat!

      Believe me, so many people have no idea. Or believe they’re eating right when they’re not.

      @Christopher Newby generally we know what’s good for our bodies. Like an ordinary person knows that eating cake and fries everyday isn’t healthy and still eat. We know working out helps burn calories but we choose to be dormant all the time.

    I used to run 8-9 to up to 12 miles a day. Never was as fit and lean as when I stopped running and switched to weight training and high protein diet. She’s right.
