      If it feels too easy after 8 to 10 reps, consider increasing the weight for a more effective challenge. You can always go up or down later. 💖 Keep up the great work! 🌟💃

    Thanks for the new weighted workout. I did the first round with 3kgs then moved up to 4kgs for the last 2 rounds. Definitely had a sweat on by the end of the workout and could feel my legs and ab’s working hard and quivering. It would be important to start with really low weights especially on the above shoulder exercises for those that haven’t been working out on a regular basis with weights. Will be adding this workout to my strength training play list.
