    I really needed this and it kicked my butt! I am in a rut guys and need help getting rid of the last 15 lbs 😢 I recently had hand surgery and it is amazing just one little hand can set you back so far when you don’t workout. I was doing so great and now it is tough getting going. I want to get to my goal and it is so hard.

    How fun! Cannot do all the squatting at the end, so did my own stretches. In the arm segment I had to dance my feet, couldn’t stand still. Loved the different weight workout too! And your sweet doggy and your colorful ourfits! And always love your adorable victory dance. Thank you, I feel great❣️
