Another great video thank you! Autumn have you heard of the kaizan pasta and rice? It uses lupin bean flour flour and fava bean protein and I have tried it and its pretty good. Ingredients look clean to me. I was curious what you thought of it? And based on the ingredients what you thought the glycemic load would be? I checked your post on the glycemic load foods but didnt see lupin beans on there. Thank you for all your advice! Im down 98 lbs based on your plan! Congratulations on your new baby!

Great video, I’m sure we all make at least one of these mistakes 🎉❤

5:59 yep! Carbs are a balancing act but basically the ones with the real or faux sugars are derailing. What about the sugar diet, how crazy is that? Thank you for the video which I will watch a few times , it’s important to understand carbs. 💪❤️

I start IF in 2020, not knowing much about it, just fasted for 16 hrs & 8 hrs. I was able to lose 50 lbs in 3 yrs, and I wasn’t exercising then. Then I plateaued & started gaining again. So, I started incorporating creatine & been walking & doing some strength training, and nothing seems to be working. I used to start my morning with black coffee, but wouldn’t feel good bc I was so hungry, and now I have a bullet coffee (whipped heavy cream or grassfed butter & MCT oil or avocado oil). I hardly eat processed food. I do low carb/high protein. I’m so frustrated, I don’t know what else to do.

    • @MichelleBlackChannel says:

That sounds incredibly frustrating — especially when you’ve already done so much right. Plateaus like this are so common when the body’s under long-term stress or inflammation, even with clean eating and movement.

I’ve seen this a lot in women who’ve done IF or low-carb for a while — sometimes the key isn’t doing more, but shifting how we support the body to feel safe again. I share a lot on this over on my channel if you’re ever looking for deeper strategies or real-life examples. You’re definitely not alone 💛

Your link for the free protein calculator takes you directly to your $49 program but no calculator?

  • @MichelleBlackChannel says:

So true — cutting carbs without understanding why your body is reacting the way it is can backfire hard. I’ve seen so many women gain weight or feel worse on low-carb because their gut, stress levels, or hormones weren’t supported first. It’s not just about less food — it’s about creating safety in the body so it can finally let go of what it’s been holding onto. 💛
