When I was a kid when I go to the dentist I had lots of cavities that whey I avoided grains and sugar

  • @joyce10309 says:

I can completly sypathize. I have a ton of cavities too and never ate a ton of sugar growing up. A friend who is now my dentist told me the cause is dry mouth which causes cavities

  • @dean8864 says:

Thanks for sharing this I read about Dr. Price ten years ago and started the things you mention and supplementing K2 and Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10). It turned my teeth around. Last year I found Dr. Ellie Phillips teeth brushing routine and it just makes so much sense. I hope you check it out. Thanks for the info as a fellow 90s kid my teeth need all the help they can get

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

How interesting. I’m glad you could turn this around. Sage and Jack won’t have this kind of problem. Thank you for the video, have a great week! 💪❤️

In about 5 years the new dental revolution will start when the medicine that allows humans to regrow teeth is available. The new medicine to regrow teeth is currently being tested in Japan. I read that it will probably cost 8 thousand dollars.

    • @TransformInProgress says:

      Hadn’t heard of this. Interesting…🤔

    • @davea6314 says:

      @@TransformInProgressIt’s true. Look it up.

Sounds to me like another intervention that will end up rife with adverse side effects over time. 😔 Working with your body in a natural way to build strong bones and teeth—with all the suggestions Autumn makes in this video—is the way to go … even better, all side effects will be beneficial. 👍

I have a friend that is a dentist, he always warned me about the cavity problem dentist tell you about. He said those x ray machines over exaggerate. He always told me if you don’t see it don’t fill it. Keep an eye on what they suggest and you monitor the tooth. So I don’t totally agree. They start drilling when they shouldn’t. Be pro active and monitor what they are telling you.
    They want to drill !

    • @Arttevino says:

💯 agree! Modern “preventive” dentistry is WAY too invasive. Dentists are paid by the number of procedures they perform, and drilling/filling is an easy one to convince people to do. But once a tooth is drilled into, it’s forever compromised! SO many people my age (50’s) are now dealing with the repercussions of cavity drilling/filling when they were young … cracking, breaking, failing teeth. I don’t have a single filling, and, to this day, I still have zero issues with my teeth, thankfully! I wish dentists would focus more on diet and daily home dental care than procedures, but unfortunately there’s no money in that. 😔

    • @denisescott34 says:

I 100% agree!!! I was told in my early 20s during a dental visit in which they did X-rays that I had SEVEN cavities! There were no holes in my teeth – – just those unreliable “lighter gray” areas on the X-ray. I never went back to that practice. I’m 64 now and still have zero fillings in my head. I say, use good oral hygiene practices at home and only go to the dentist when there’s a visible or painful problem. You can clean your own plaque, strengthen your own teeth with those pronamel toothpastes and avoid being exposed to all that needless radiation and pressure from your dentist to “fill a cavity” that doesn’t exist.

  • @KaixoZemouz says:

Growing up I didn’t have a single cavity, but when I turned 13 I decided to become vegetarian and vegan at 15. I went from having no cavities to seven when I was 16 years old. No one made the connection with diet, not my parents, dentist or myself so I continued to eat the same way. I’m certain it was the high levels of processed carbohydrate rich foods, constant snacking, and lack of important nutrients that caused my dental problems. Now some of my friends are raising their children vegetarian and vegan, and I want to warn them! Dental issues are the worst.

  • @Arttevino says:

Excellent video Autumn! I think you are 100% spot on with the connection of strong, healthy teeth to a diet rich in animal protein and some dairy. Unfortunately, weak, problematic teeth can be a symptom of an even larger problem of bone health in general. There are several studies now showing a link to early-onset osteoporosis in women who avoid animal protein in their diets long-term. Dental health can be an excellent predictor of overall bone health.

  • @delrio4222 says:

WHERE DO YOU GET THAT RAW MILK????

  • @wrenbayley says:

Ahh 😢 dairy! Makes it hard for those of us who have true allergies (whey/casein). There’s so much nutrition in it and it’s just so tasty. I miss it.

  • @womanofacertainage5892 says:

Just knowing about the dental history of some friends and family, it seems a lot of this is genetic. Some people just have hard teeth that don’t get cavities easily. I’m one of them. I’ve had like 4 cavities, ever, and I’m in my 50s.

  • @Dolldoll100 says:

Hi your daughter, so beautiful she looks exactly like your husband.

  • @wfroedgern says:

One thing you might consider for your kids is sealant. I was that kid that had cavities constantly and have some stress reaction to dentists as a result. Once my son had his permanent teeth we got the sealant applied. He has had one cavity his entire life!

  • @nunyabiz948 says:

Also being pregnant does a number on your teeth! Eat xylitol mints or gum between meals.
