    Cheese is definitely a habit forming food for me. I buy these glorious big blocks of Gouda, Gruyère and Pecorino at Costco and have a small piece with my meal. Then as a snack. Then with my dinner and the throw in some extra with some nuts because omg it’s so good. That all adds up to WAY too much! I now eat cheese every other day and weigh it to about 2 ozs and it has helped me a lot. Just because you eat it without carbs doesn’t make it a green light all the time.

    Yep… going over the 5 tips 🤔, now I just need to use them😬. Words that stood out are honest and challenge, more of this would certainly take care of my laisser-aller that I’ve had since going through a stubborn plateau. In the past your level up guide fixed the couple of plateaus I had but this one is the biggie. All five tips hit the nail, thank you for them Autumn.     Why wouldn’t I burn body-fat if I eat a ton of fat? I thought you said insulin prevents fat loss and fat doesn’t raise insulin? Are you finally admitting that it’s all energy balance? I suspect you know that but it’s tough to ruin a good profitable business.
