I nearly threw up heaps up re Ankles and Upper Toes. Im ok just half way of alternate skate no high tops regular the rare steak one and school shoes skate
i like those i alternate 2 as im in the staged
I just want to walk and walk so i lose the stomach so self concious
the ankle exercises upsets me i got back to the beach and cried and cried re scary i do the exercises 🥺
weird only eat fake nutri grain and fake fruit loops with bran
