    No matter how “worked out” I feel after doing your abs, glutes, burn belly fat, 15/30 minute walking fat burn routines, I always finish off by doing this 5 minute stretch work out. It is magical for slowing down, breathing in & calming the mind. As soon as I hear you voice at the end saying “you’re safe, everything’s going to be alright”, I feel as a child cocooned in my mother’s love (& I’m 61!). Thank you for your amazing work outs, they given me a new lease of life. Ix

      I agree 100%. I just discovered her and I’ll never look for any other fitness/wellness channel. As women, we go go go and don’t allow ourselves to feel not ok or unsafe. Every time you say that everything is going to be ok and you’re safe, I have a momentary rush of panic – quickly assessing my present state for problems. But just as quickly, my focus returns to your soothing words (AND the sweat dripping off of me 🙂 and realize that in this moment, I feel healthy and happy and loved 💙 Thank you thank you!!!

    I know you created this as a morning stretch, but I find it to be incredibly relaxing and stress relieving before getting ready to go to sleep. The tension of the day just releases away from the body, and I find I’m in a positive state of mind, which is a good place to be in before sleep. 🌌 😌
