My thighs and glutes are on fire as well as legs. Definitely an effective workout. And after that stretch, I feel like I can lift a car haha. Thank you!

Kath&Ash I have been doing it from past 2 months..daily once…after my usual gym workout. In 3 weeks there was clear difference. Now I have got rid of it clearly.

On my weight loss/toning journey right now. Started at 5’4 and 156 lbs. now I am down to 143.8. Consistency is key folks. (I also started about two months ago)

I have been on my journey for about 3 months and I started out at 247 lbs and now I am down to 219 just stay focused on your goal no matter what take your time and love your body no matter what and honey I promise you will see results

@Lylia walk up ⬆️ ⬇️ some stairs for 30 min 4-5 days per week. This is reducing the fat around my knee’s big time!!!! Good luck 👍

You don’t know true pain unless you’ve dons this workout after hours of intense horse riding – the combo is literally killing me
This workout is amazing. I did 2 rounds of it today and feel so sore!! I love how it’s only 5 minutes yet it’s such an intense workout !!!
I’ve only done this for 3 days, now 4, and I’ve noticed a huge difference! This definitely works! Please don’t doubt.

@Aadya Tekurkar hyy, I used to do a bit of cardio and emi Wong leg slim exercise too in addition to this. Talking abt my diet, not specific just made sure to avoid sugar and oily food.

I have been doing this workout for almost 1 week 😮and you won’t believe I had such a massive outer thigh fat and now it is totally gone only 10% is left. 🥺🥺
