    I used to do this, but my lower back problem and shoulders can’t do them anymore, but I did find other exercises that help. Thank you for your great videos!

      You may find you can after working on and strengthening your core with standing abs workouts. I never thought they worked til i did a workout from Sheila consistently and watched my core strengthen. I also did her leg squat video and that also helped a lot. I can now do her weight videos which i couldn’t before. Mind you this is over the past 2 years consistently, at least 3 times a week .
