    This was a great workout! I have one arm 2” bigger than the other and it is hard to buy shirts, blouses and jackets to fit right because I have to size up all the time. I’m praying that this will work to bring my larger arm down 2 inches

    Thank you for all your amazing workouts, I am 75 and I love that they are short- if I feel like doing more I will. Sometimes you can only get in a 5 or 10 minute one but like you say, you are doing something good for yourself. I would rather do three 10 minute ones than not be able to finish a 30 minute one!

      me too, we can still exercise! not the same as biking or skateboarding, but still healthy. endorphins are great for pain too! have to remember to pace myself. i’ve gotten tendonitis, a broken toe, and atrial fibrillation from doing too much too soon. took months to recover, so I gotta learn patience n discipline.
