Hey, I was wondering putting pink Himalayan salt in your water does that really help with water absorption and weight loss?
Thank you for all the tips and advise.

I definitely struggle with drinking my calories. All the soda, but since my hubby stopped drinking it, it has motivated me to do so too.

    • Prima Donna says:

I have started drinking kombucha, which tastes like soda to me. Do your research for yourself before trying but it’s delicious to me.

  • Megan says:

Were the gas card winners supposed to be announced in this video? In last week’s video, Katie said she’d announce the winners in this video, right? Or is it somewhere else? Thanks!

I have started drinking the bone broth first instead of having coffee and it’s helping sustain me longer and reduce the cravings ❤

I’m 32 and I would like to lose 58 pounds. I’ve been struggling to reduce my soda intake. What should I do to lose the weight? What would you suggest on what my goals should be? My dad told me to watch my calories.

Have you tried to drink olipop? It’s a lot healthier than soda and it has fiber in it and less sugar than soda

Recommendations for a warm protein based drink for the morning that’s not coffee? ❤

Yah! So Ryan actually does this every morning. Almond milk steamed, with protein powder and Miss C Mood Boost. SO good and no coffee 🙂

I’m 36 and have a 15 month old so my biggest problem is waking up at night and wanting to snack. I eat pretty healthy all day and exercise, and then the nights get me with the snacking! Please send advice!

I have cut out so much foods out of my diet but still struggle with the weight loss. I always feel bloated. I struggle. When I’m stress or depressed I go to food for comfort. Any tips would be helpful. Love your videos. Thank you ❤

Have you done a GI mapping and a food sensitivity test? They are super helpful!

    • Petite and Energized says:

I lost weight and still struggle with this due to how my health is. Sometimes, the more you cut out, the less variety of digestive enzymes, prebiotics, and probiotics you may have. It may help to avoid spicy food and corn/lentils and cut down on beans but keep easy digesting dairy and roast vegetables if raw is hard to digest. If you up fibers carbs/grains and protein, do it in a way your body likes and live within your means. If you like pizza, thin crust feels better on your stomach. Nut or seed butters may digest easier than nuts or seeds. Greek yogurt is easier digesting and helps you up protein. Smoothies also help you get so many nutrients but break everything down first. You could also add fermented foods in. Soft foods like oatmeal, eggs, banana, sweet potato, protein pancakes with fiber may be your friend and cooking oil like avocado oil if butter is hard to digest for you. Whole grain bread may also help. I also do dairy free milk like almond because I digest that better but Lactose free like Lactaid tends to be expensive

  • Out There Somewhere says:

I think food sensitivities test and a GI mapping test is a great way to help get these cravings under control and see what works for you as an individual.

I have to get up a couple times a night to go to the bathroom and sometimes 3 times. I have no idea how to fix that issue I would love 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep but I am almost 55 and I don’t see it changing.

  • Brittany Leigh Photographs says:

Thank you for the weekend reminder!

  • Tori Snyder says:

My problem is I can’t “cut” very well. I just had breast reduction surgery this June and was 135 as a 34DDD+, had to quit vaping for the surgery and that’s when I started gaining weight. After the surgery I was 140, I couldn’t work out so eventually added up to being 152. But I already have so much muscle I don’t look 152 pounds. I’ve been working out for the past three months now and I have gained more muscle but I have not weighed myself because I am too scared to see 152 pounds still.

  • Becky Esperanza says:

Love this kind of videos, thank you so much they are very helpful. I don’t remember the last time I got anything from a gas station.

  • KealaXX says:

    Great tips, allways positive.

  • Sarah Whiting says:

I’ve never touched sugary drinks, but love a glass of fizz (or two 😬)with dinner…..a classic example of drinking calories. To be honest when I stopped stressing about food and just focused on eating non processed foods and watching portion sizes and moving my body (nothing bonkers)for at least 20 mins a day I began to drop fat! I still struggle to balance my fizz habit though 😂 ..it’s my only vice lol 😂

  • Chrmng 1 says:

New here 👋🏻 I have a tracking watch and it’s so irritating, I would love to try the ring! I gained 30lbs in 3 years slowly got out of my good habits 😢 I can’t exercise like I use to because MS so focusing on my diet now.
