    Human bodies are meant for animal products and animal protein. Increasing meat and decreasing carbs is better for fat loss. Carbs turn to sugar causing so many metabolic issues that the body has to adjust to thus causing higher blood pressure, diabetes and insulin resistance.

    I’m struggling with that also. I had a Laprascopy that turned into an emergency….ended up with a csection. Now I not only have fat …there’s a scar that isn’t flat. I feel like I’m wearing a fanny pack.

    My goal for summer is to lose 10 lbs. I try to stick to more protein for meals. I have heard even healthy carbs turns to sugar. I try to get my carbs from vegetables. I also do 3 days of strength training and 3 days of cardio. Sunday is either total rest or mobility to stretch. Thank you for this video!

    Couple of things. I have a flat belly upon waking then as i eat through the day i develope a lower belly pouch / abnormal amounts of bloating. I am definitely going to work on my digestion.

    It’s nice to know i can use protein powder several times a day. Sometimes i weary of using supplements multiple times through the day.

    I just purchased your app so i will be doing the 3:3:1 method. Lastly with breathwork it looks like your breathing into your lungs not belly breaths? Do you have any suggested resources for breathwork or just any will do?
    Shew that was a lot of questions sorry 😂
