Number one thing for me… gut health and hormonal test, get active in nature, (negative ions in the forest heal) electrolytes, and stay away from negative, unsupportive people. 😊

Similar situation….had to cut “volume” foods and cut fiber big time

I clicked on the early access link for bloat be gone but it takes me to a website with all of your products and nothing on bloat be gone…can you provide link to early access? Cheers and thanks!

I struggle with the non-fat strategy. I cannot find a full fat Greek yogurt, which gives me so much protein and I would like to keep in my diet. When it says non-fat is that hurting me for losing weight? What brand do you recommend? It is so hard for me to find a full fat Greek yogurt at the grocery store.

Yay! A new video! I used to think weekends didn’t count. I need to get in the habit of also working out on the weekends

I’ve tried every crazy “diet” to lose weight. Starvation, diet pills, laxatives, water pills, egg diet, tried it all. I got my best results from eating high protein, minimally processed carbs, healthy fats and running and weights. My issue now is that I’m peri menopausal and losing weight has become almost impossible. I lost about 12-15 lbs in a week recently due to pneumonia and have gained it all back within 2 weeks. It’s depressing, but not giving up.

Great tips and I look forward to trying your bloat be gone!

I need to pay attention more to which foods I am eating that make me feel bloated. And I also need to stop thinking that weekends don’t count too! Thank you for these tips Katie! ❤

I cut carbonated drinks and that helped so much with bloat

I love your straightforward, sensible tips. Great video! 🧡

I have in the past become anorexic or used laxatives. I fell into the trap of low fat sugar free trap until I started doing research. I did the carnivore diet for a time. But now I eat the way you do. I remember watching Dr Eric Berg I think and he said the same thing about raw vegetables. They can cause bloating and discomfort. But if they are cooked, it makes them easier to digest. Thank you again for another video!

When I was younger, I was always underweight. Couldn’t gain weight or muscle even though my diet was pretty much just fast food constantly. I recently realized I can’t continue to eat the way I used to, because now I have had a baby, am older and my body holds onto weight more so than it did back then. I am thinking about trying to 7 day slim down meal plan, even though I don’t really like planning my meals, but I feel it will help me stick to eating way less CRAP foods than I would otherwise.

  • @StephanieGonzalez-kp6tw says:

Over training. I got myself into severe adrenal issues/endocrine shutdown because I refused to slow down postpartum, where I didn’t sleep for over a year. Strengths can equate to weaknesses if you are obsessive. I like your 3 days a week of strength versus everyday CrossFit.

This video is so relatable. Also did lots of fad diets, raw food diet, fruit only, juice only, etc. thank you for sharing. Cooking the veggies has helped me so much with the acid reflux. I ate raw green beans yesterday and immediately had heart burn. 😢
