I have ADHD. Coffee helps to settle my mind and concentrate.

I used to think that I had to go hard core with my workouts to see results but now I know that’s not true and during 2024 I usually only do 20-25 minute workouts and go for walks on my lunch break and I have seen some progress since doing this and I will continue to do it. I do need to learn better habits at reducing stress and how to let it out of my body!

I agree that high cortisol is a huge factor in weight loss.
The ‘wahh wahh’ sound and emoji for cortisol cracked me up 😂I will never not hear it when I feel stressed out.
