The last 3 days of February, Autumn!❤

  • @EmilyBGates says:

❤❤❤ love these videos. I’ve passed your advice and facts to my best friend and she quit eating cereal for breakfast and is shocked she doesn’t miss it. I’ve already gotten back in the groove avoiding sugar and added dumbbells to my workout for one week and have already felt a difference. Woohoo 🙌🏼 Sage on the thumbnail 🥺🥺🥺😻 she’s completely adorable. My daughter will be 15 this year 😢

Soggy grape nuts and 5 strips of bacon…. that takes me back to like 1982 lol 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

Carbs and sugar, basically, were all I was having for breakfast my whole life. Not anymore since doing your AEN Nutrient Timing. Love it! I feel so much better. Thank you. 💪❤️🇨🇦

Awesome video Autumn! I remember those muffins they were so good! Especially the tops!

  • @user-zr2eb4rn8j says:

Oatmeal was the bane of my existence when I was young, it made me feel terrible.

  • @camillewalker says:

    Your Keto Oatmeal recipes 🤌

  • @3SeasonsUSA says:

Grape Nuts do not taste like cardboard. [to me] They have molasses in them and taste sweet enough, but we used to put sugar on them. It was a comfort food for me right before I started Keto/Intermittent fasting. I stopped eating them, yeah. Unfortunately, I love oatmeal, but it does bloat and cause me weight gain. I LOVE your recipe that replace that! I have plans to have it this very morning!

  • @janeknight3597 says:

Do you think that the Beta-glucan benefits from oatmeal have been overstated?? I can’t fit oatmeal into my T2 diabetic diet but there is constant pressure over the cholesterol.

  • @margaym5128 says:

Just say no to LMNT – wrong form of potassium and vastly over-priced and over-rated

  • @andreinaamoretti6443 says:

Hi Autumn, can we drink Lmnts while fasting? It will break my fast?

  • @Xephii says:

There are some good options for cereal though, that offer a good protein ratio. Magic Spoon (US) and Grandma Crunch (EU). Have you tried these? And if so, what is your professional opinion on these? 😃

    • @Calidoll209 says:

I actually came across magic spoon 2 days ago at the store. The ingredients and macros are ok for cereal but right under the nutrition facts it says bioengineered. If it wasn’t bioengineered I prob would have picked it up.

    • @Xephii says:

@@Calidoll209 Yeah, it’s a bit of a “You can’t have your cake at eat it too” situation (no pun intended, given the healthy food topic 🥹).

  • @ApostolosKatsioulas says:

Oatmeal, on its own, is bad. However, if you load it with seeds, nuts, and protein sources e.g. protein powder or yoghurt, it’s quite filling. Also, Autumn has shown on various videos her approach to oatmeal for insulin resistant folks. Cheers :).

  • @Sbannmarie says:

I’m shocked that you have a Masters but has been eating cereal, oatmeal, smoothies…? Holy Toledo.

  • @lyndarieder858 says:

    Love your grain free oatmeals

  • @AdventuresAreOutThere says:

It’s amazing how times have changed, things we thought were healthy were not at all. I’ve learned so much watching you, I really enjoyed your grain free granola, omg so good 😂

  • @mjcusmthw says:

Love breakfast cereal? Try Magic Spoon.
