    Ive started drinking raw milk and i drink a lot of milk roughly 16-20 pints per week. In less than two weeks the difference is night and day from regular milk. Feel so much better.

    LMNT might not have sugar but it has maltodextrin in it.

      I use Redmond Relyte *unflavored* and it’s much cheaper with the same needed ingredients. I much prefer it and just add my own flavorings!

      @@thedupontnest make my own. in one quart water add 2 oz OJ and half tsp Celtic Sea Salt. Yes, the OJ has sugar but 2 oz only has 25 calories but has 125mg potassium.

      It is in a lot of things.
      I bought a probiotic the other day and the first ingredient was maltodextrin!
      LMNT does offer a flavorless option.

      It sure does, and I didn’t realize it at first. Now I know. I’ve switched over to Promix watermelon. I just received it, and I will try it out. I’m thinking about trying Redmond next.

    Hello AB I have been following you for a while now you have helped me a lot I was getting bloated everyday and I stopped eating chicken and it has went away
