I’m proud of myself for letting of perfection. I know that sounds weird health related but I’m a busy SAHM of back to back babies. When I miss a workout I don’t beat myself up, I just pick up where I left off the next day instead of throwing the whole week and eating crap and doing nothing. I appreciate what I can do!! I used to start diets on a Monday and if I made a mess up I would binge eat for the rest of the week and start again Monday. I had an all or nothing attitude about workouts and diet.
I’m proud of myself for starting to allow a treat if I really need it and then eating healthy for the remainder of the day and week.

Proud of myself for being consistent with my routine (strength and nutrition) and losing 20 lbs since January despite having hypothyroidism and being perimenopausal (struggle is real)!! Down to 127 and now only 7 lbs away from my goal.
I am proud of myself for gaining more confidence and motivation to take my two year old out by myself (such as grocery shopping, errands, park, etc) I feel like I almost got into a rut when it came to going anywhere because I don’t live close to town and everything seemed like such an ordeal to get myself and my toddler out of the house by myself.
