    Good morning, Autumn!

  • @camillewalker says:

Love it 👏👏 also…. using your 100 mile walking challenge as a push to get more of my steps done outside 🙌

  • @lennyross2813 says:

Hopefully these trends will turn into permanent lifestyles choices with the exception of ozympic (and other GLP-1s). I don’t trust big pharma and this may be the next Viox. Hope not, but time will tell. What i see in my clients that have tried them is muscle loss as a main factor of the weightloss. I emphasize high protein plus strength training to countrract the muscle loss.

  • @Merrweekley says:

Do you have a cookbook for the smoothies and pancakes?

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

Thanks to your programs I am creating my own GLP1. I can say that I no longer experience the hunger and need for sweet and highly processed foods. I eat two protein, fat and fiber meals a day and at 63 I feel amazing. Thank you so much Autumn for all your videos, recipes and awesome nutrition tips you are giving your peeps 👍❤️🇨🇦

  • @OkayKay777 says:

This was a great and informative video! Great job, Autumn!
IMHO, we as a society are always on the go and resort to quick and easy (fast food, microwave dinners, etc.) and have gotten away from healthy eating. We have been inundated by manufacturers, marketing and sales to entice us to eat their products, many which lack quality nutrition!

We need to learn more about nutritious eating. Again, great video Autumn!😊

  • @yanak7159 says:

Love these new trends (except GLP1 🥴).

  • @denaeb5897 says:

Why are you promoting LMNT, with all the controversy going on with them?

  • @gracevolt2616 says:

I have started water aerobics with pool weights while my husband swims laps. My joints are much happier than when at the gym!
I have bad scoliosis and arthritis.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge, tips and encouragement!

  • @lisagardner4814 says:

What do you think of the new xylitol craze? Is it worth the hype?

  • @skillsmany2235 says:

    🌞 Thanks, Autumn! ⚘️
I vote you Best Nutritionist Ever! 🏆
    Cheers! ☕️🕊💙✨️

  • @cristywyndham-shaw5111 says:

Thanks for the informative content. 🎉

  • @SP30305ATL says:

Fermented foods are also an excellent source of vitamin K2, which helps move calcium from your bloodstream to your bones.
I walk outside usually 5 days a week, and while it wasn’t typical, I walked 60,000 steps yesterday! Atlanta has great walking trails.

  • @Hey.janissa says:

Has anyone else seen the high protein candy bars in stores yet? Literally Reese’s and Snickers with higher protein than the standard bars 😂. Its absurd

  • @peggyconway2900 says:

    Thank you! 😊

  • @donnap4703 says:

They have protein pop tarts now🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

  • @jc4evur661 says:

    Morning walks are great!
The air is fresh, and it’s a great time to pray!

  • @HaileysHealth says:

I eat a high protein diet and use semaglutide, so I find it really helpful to lower my calorie intake while still getting nutrition. I also like GLP-1s because then I don’t get that light headed, nausea feeling when I haven’t eaten for a while.
