I’m currently guilty of over training..this hit home with some of the signs I wasn’t aware of. Thanks for the info!

    • @Lucky73678 says:

Lol. Overtraining. Mostly just means you don’t have structured plan. Poor diet. And super high expectation

  • @sarahh4457 says:

    Injury!!
I was doing calorie-restricted eating, with lots of walking and running. I lost a lot of weight that way, but eventually started picking up tiny little injuries that kept coming back even after resting. In my researching about it, I decided to add strength training to help prevent the injuries. And then I stumbled upon Autumn’s nutrition advice and am starting her program. In the coming weeks/months, I plan to get my protein in first, add fiber and fats until satiated, stop counting my calories, start walking more, and eventually reincorporate strength training, and when that finally feels good, then start reincorporating running again.

#s 5, 6, 7 🤔, first time I hear this after watching thousands of videos by multiple/various creators on you tube. Mind blowing 🤯. Lack of motivation happens last and you gotta work your way back. This is yoyo dieting right there in a nut shell!!! All of that because of losing muscle. Wow! Thank you Autumn for this very eye opening video. 🙌❤️🇨🇦

Thanks Autumn for another really good video… I think I’m the odd man out here but I’ve been trying to gain weight or maybe say gain muscle… I followed some of your other strategies for body composition and I’ve lost an inch and a half in my belt size and I have one of those sport watches gone from 16% fat down to 12%. I’m a wall covering contractor so I’m on my feet all day going up and down ladders and my idea of relaxation is going for like a 6 mi walk listening to one of my favorite podcasts or working out with weights for an hour but I haven’t been able to gain any weight and so definitely lost fat but haven’t been able to put on muscle and I think your idea about not having enough down time maybe my problem anyway I eat plenty of food I can’t eat anymore really I make protein the number one thing and then vegetables and so on so I’m not hungry at all but maybe it is the “rest “that I need to work on…. Again thanks for the video

Autumn, thank you for your love, passion and dedication toward the health outcomes of people. Your guidance and teaching has improved my health, my mood and overall wellbeing and I haven’t felt better in years. You’re awesome and a total blessing ❤️ ps. I am buying up your books. It’s the least I can do to pay for your sound teaching which you provide so freely 😊 Mrs. H

  • @amandak6986 says:

How do you fix the not eating enough cycle? Because yes when I up my intake I instantly gain. So I go back to eating less. I feel I’m in checkmate and can’t get out of this cycle! Maybe a whole video about this? Thanks

  • @Rigbycat123 says:

Regarding being tired after a workout.
How do you separate burning muscle to just being unfit and/or tired from working out which you don’t usually do or just started doing?

  • @suannesparks6106 says:

With regards to GEM vitamins is your only option a subscription to them?

  • @Bla274 says:

Hey Autumn, I would appreciate it if the „before and after“ type photos on the thumbnail were at least in a similar outfit (low waist etc). Bc the way you do them now just seem like you’re trying to make it seem like there is a body change but it is not even visible, so it seems dishonest (apart from the fact that before and after photos make a lot of people feel bad)

  • @melissagarmon7594 says:

How do you take the gem vitamin if you are fasting 36 to 72 hours

  • @RaeanneNichol says:

I have question which slightly, OK more than slightly, off topic. How much is too much protein? I’ve heard that 0.8g per lbs is the maximum and that any more than that at least some of that extra protein will turn into fat. Is this true?

  • @sarahrelka6304 says:

So what are we supposed to do if possibly over training & gaining weight? Im out in the dark struggling with losing weight all of a sudden, gained 10 lbs since winter & and I exercise 6 days a week 😔. Ive worked my butt off to keep weight steady for years, now i cant seem to get it off! I always feel hungry, im eating whole foods. Its like i did better eating junk food 😒 cottage cheese & greek yogurt bloat me plus its addictive so i cant stop eating it 🤯. My scale though not 100% accurate probably shows muscle mass high, fat higher than before, protein low, which is odd cuz all i eat is protein. I have not bought Autumns program yet. Im on the fence because Im not an intermittent faster. Do her meal plans work even if not fasting? My workouts are from Beahbody which ive been using for years! But foods they call for are lower in fat so i feel like im starving & want to eat all the time. Can you give me any advice please on what to do? Ive gained 10 lbs rapidly it seems. Thank you
