    Morning from Tennessee in the states. Perfect for my first time planking! Felt it in all muscle groups. My legs were shakey during Russian Twist and I had to go to adjusted knee plank on the last one but I have something to work towards!😊 62 but I love Fabulous 50 workouts. Thanks.
