I have a job where I get about 8,000-9,000 steps a day anyway so I don’t need to worry much about walking

BEDTIME AT 830 PM IS RIDICULOUS PERIOD. I HAVENT SEEN THAT TIME SINCE I WAS A CHILD..REALLY WEIRD…WITH A CHILD OR CHILDLESS

    • @user-tc6vu6rs9f says:

I go to bed at 8:30 as well…not ridiculous to my husband and I since we get up so early and sleep is so important.

    • @CynthiaRaeC says:

There is no need to judge other people’s bedtimes! We are all different and have different schedules for a variety of reasons

  • @dalestanley9177 says:

I do lots of walking (away from my problems)

  • @debdroessler5199 says:

???? You talk about an in body reading how do you feel about at home scales that read your body measurements?

    • @CynthiaRaeC says:

Autumn has said in other videos that the home scales aren’t all that accurate. She suggests measuring your waist and hips rather than using the home scales if you cannot gain access to an in body

I love your YouTube channel and I am currently doing the 3 week Spring Challenge. Unfortunately I have a cold at the moment so I am trying to recover while I am following your plan. I just wanted to let you know that I actually workout with ‘growingannanas’ and her HIIT workouts with weights are really beneficial to my body recomposition goals. Thank you so much Autumn for your wonderful advice and information, I have learnt so much from you! Keep it up, you are great and such an inspiration to me! God bless you xx (UK) 😊
