The habit that I want to do more is the βtiny winsβ. I think this will allow me to celebrate the small things I do throughout the day. I have a hard time looking at the big picture and not the small steps to take to get there.

Love vision boards! I do a big poster board once a year. I have a vision video I created that I watch every am. Just Pinterest images with my voice over saying it as it’s already done β‘.

I get up @ 3am for work . 12 hour shifts so I make a protein drink and go to work
I get up at 3 or 4 am depending on the day, to help my hubby get out the door..β€

Committed to finally doing the hot body mean plan. I am about to start the 4th week and let me tell you It Works!! I was stuck in my journey. I was eating really healthy. Doing my workouts all the things amd still not losing that last 5 lbs to reach my goal and fight that extra belly fat that wouldn’t go away. After the second week. I hit my goal! It felt like so much food at first which is why I never finished before but this time I pushed past week one and thing started to change! π
The one habit I’m really struggling w that you have said over and over is not drinking coffee first thing…especially since I get up so early…
Iβm right there with you. I start first thing in the morning with 20 ozs of salt water. I use Himalayan pink salt. Itβs been a slow process. I also switched over to 1/2 caff 1/2 decaf. I honestly feel like the water wakes me up better than the coffee πβ€
Love this! One of the best habits I started in 2024 was putting my phone away for the night every night at 8pm. It made me realize how much time and mental energy I waste checking and picking up my phone for no reason! Itβs not good for your mental health or productivity to be constantly βconnectedβ¦β Now I find myself putting it away closer to 7pm most nights because it feels nice to unplug!
I think I’ll try the magic moment followed by no phone zone. I sometimes wake up to look at the time and keep scrolling π π π Thanks for the video.
